Get to know Beth
Beth Ashbrook is a producer, business owner, mom, and a practitioner of mindfulness and positivity. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism, and has worked in the fields of video, graphic design, and event production for over 20 years. She is the President and owner of 924 Productions, Inc., a company she founded in 2014.
Beth is the mother of two children, Reese and Chase. They are an active family, and enjoy swimming, bike-riding, and yoga together. They like to make the most of each day and are constantly thinking of new ways to have fun, whether it be cooking new meals, solving jigsaw puzzles, or painting rocks with vibrant colors and uplifting messages. While in quarantine, Beth’s family has begun leaving these rocks around their neighborhood as a way to bring positivity to the community.
Beth has made the most of her time in quarantine by writing the book she’s wanted to write for many years, one she hopes will help others searching for answers and a better way of living. She has spent much of her time practicing positivity, mediation, and mindfulness, and is influenced by authors Louise Hay, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Eckhart Tolle.
In pursuit of a happy, healthy lifestyle, Beth has formed a set of beliefs that will help you maintain a positive outlook on life, no matter the circumstance.
